Order and tracking questions
Your confirmation link shows order status and tracking as soon as it is added. Signed-in customers can also see every order under Account.
Payment not showing up?
App payments (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle) are confirmed manually. Send us the order number and the sending handle if it has been more than a day.
Artwork changes
We can swap a photo, signature or spelling before production starts. After printing begins changes require a new card.
